SLEEP IS A THERAPY: You may work and work but never you deny yourself of sleep. It is a therapy needed by the body. With sleep, the nerves rest to serve your body well. Its rest activates it to serve your body well. With sleep, the totality of your body becomes re-invigorated and re-energised to serve you well. Once you deny yourself of sleep, you invite nausea, sleeplessness and general ill-health that will in turn affect your eyes,brain, heart and finally general collapse of your health. Thus may result in ill-health, eye problem, mental problem and heart disease and at last total collapse of body system. You can now see that indeed, sleep is a therapy needed by your body to enjoy sound health.
